ABOUT ELBA

elba_edited_edited.jpg

Human behavior has fascinated me

for years.

I began my professional career as an attorney and later became a real estate investor.

At one point in my life, stress became an unexpected teacher. It led me to immerse myself in meditation, self-awareness, personality patterns, emotional intelligence, and the study of human behavior. That passion eventually led to life coaching and speaking to corporate audiences about the invisible forces that shape the way we think, decide, lead, and perform.

Years later, as I watched my son grow through competitive tennis, I began to recognize those same patterns unfolding before me—pressure, expectations, self-talk, focus, resilience, and the many invisible forces that influence performance.

What began as watching my son compete gradually became a much deeper search.

That search eventually became Beyond the Game.
